Steve Kalloger - Principal Consultant
Steve Kalloger is an oncology researcher, evidence-generation leader, and decision scientist with more than 30 years of experience across academic medicine, healthcare, global patient advocacy, and industry-facing research.
His work spans real-world evidence, health economics and outcomes research, patient-preference research, mixed methods, statistical analysis, translational research, and scientific publication. He has authored or co-authored more than 120 peer-reviewed publications and has led international research programs addressing clinical, patient, and health-system evidence needs.
Steve founded Kalloger Consulting to provide organizations with senior-level scientific support that combines methodological rigor, strategic judgment, and practical execution.
Shari Davidson - Managing Partner, Operations
Shari Davidson is Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer and an equal partner in Haute Earth LLC. With more than 30 years of experience in business management and real estate investment, she leads the firm’s financial operations, administration, project coordination, and fulfillment.
Shari works closely with clients and project partners to ensure that engagements are well organized, responsive, and delivered as promised. As an officer and co-owner of the company, she has full authority to represent the firm and plays a central role in its operational and financial leadership.
